While we’re not liable for lost or damaged return shipments, we reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to the product by you. So, please handle your return with care.
Refunds for returns within the 60-day trial period cover 100% of the product cost. However, any expedited or international shipping fees you paid are non-refundable.
When returning your item, please include your full name and order number. And remember, returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial period. We cannot accept returns after that time.
If the returned product is damaged or in an unsellable condition, we’ll have to refuse the shipment and return it to you.
You have 10 days after delivery to report any damages. Inspect your product carefully and let us know within that time frame. We’ll require photo and video proof of the damage to address the issue with the manufacturer or shipping company.
